At QuranAble, our priority is delivering the highest quality Islamic education. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This is why we offer a comprehensive free trial so you can evaluate our classes and tutors risk-free before committing to a paid plan.

1. The 7-Day Guarantee & UK/EU Right of Withdrawal

If you subscribe to a paid monthly plan and find that our curriculum or platform does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your paid subscription starting under our standard global guarantee.

For students residing in the UK and European Union: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you possess a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. However, if you explicitly request that your live 1-on-1 tutoring services begin before the end of this 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge and agree that you must pay for the proportion of the services provided up until the time you communicate your cancellation to us.

Our money-back guarantee applies exclusively to new students on their first billing cycle. It does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation requests must be processed before your next scheduled billing date.

If you cancel after the billing date has passed, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing period, but no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months used.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, or to cancel your subscription, please take one of the following actions:

• Submit a formal refund request through our secure contact portal. Our billing department will process your request based on the timestamps of your submission.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
